Linda Gail Lance

Linda Gail, a native of Fannin County, has been living in the beautiful North Georgia Mountain s for the past 34 years, has allowed her to gain a vast amount of knowledge and deep love and appreciation for this magnificent area she calls "home". She is married to Kevin Lance who is also a native of Fannin County. They along with their two children, Austin and Carder, reside in Blue Ridge, Georgia. She graduated from Fannin County High School in 1993 and then attended North Georgia College and State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. After working as a registered nurse for 8 years, she decided to pursue a career in real estate in order to allow herself the flexibility of spending more time with her family. At the same time she was given the opportunity to enjoy this area she loves so much and continue meeting and helping new people. Linda Gail is a member of the Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors and has also been a member of the million dollar club for the past 2 years. As an active member of the community, she served as the marketing director for the Fannin County Empty Stocking Program, a board member of the Appalachian Community Emergency Shelter, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce.
