Often they will even tell you when they see or feel that a property is priced too high! Among other services, a BUYER'S AGENT can help you formulate an offering price and negotiating strategy and represent you all the way to the closing. What may also surprise you is that there is NO COST to you to obtain a BUYER'S AGENT. If you're using a buyer's agent, commission is split 50-50 between the buyer and selling agents.
